I love to plank!  Front plank, side plank, up up down down plank, swing plank, circular plank, planks with butt kicker…you know you love them too.  The plank strengthens the abdominals, back & shoulders.  It is the ultimate multitasking exercise! During the first week in September we’ll all record how long we can hold a forearm plank.  At the end of the month we will do it again and whoever makes the biggest improvement on their own time will win a box of Luna Fiber Bars!
